Return Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, which must also be in brand new condition. 10. January reserves the right to be the final decision making party in terms of the condition of your returned items.

To start a return:

 If you wish to start a return, please send us an email through the “Contact Us” form on the website or by emailing directly. Include the title “Return Request.” Please make sure to provide us with information about the product you wish to return and a reason as to why you would like to return the item.

After receiving your email we will review your request and provide you with next steps in the process.


Once your return is confirmed we will provide you with a shipping address to return the package to in Italy, or the USA, depending on your respective region.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange in size, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping of your exchanged items.

We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service for all your returns. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please provide us with the tracking number of any packages sent should you have one.

We are not responsible for mistakes made by the delivery service you select. It is very important to get insurance on your package because we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within three business days following the approval of your refund.


If an exchange has been agreed upon instead of a refund, the replacement item will only be shipped to you once:

- The original item has been returned.
- We have inspected the item and have approved the exchange.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, based on a case by case examination and approval process.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Missing accessories like laces and insoles fall into this category.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
